I have starting this website and a YouTube channel to accomplish many things, one of which is to continue my education. You will find, or have found, that I am lacking and am trying desperately to expand my knowledge and ability to understand the way the world works, the people and societies of it, and the problems we all face and how best to find solutions. I personally like to look at situations from different angles and to put myself in the position of others to view, as best I can, how they see it, hopefully without my own opinions and history clouding my vision.

As I continue to learn, one thing stands out to me perhaps the most, the answer isn't my ultimate concern. People it seems, are so intent on looking for an answer that they don't concern themselves overly much with it being the right one. Answers to any given problem change with so many variables that, a lot of the time, people come to the solutions that best match their narrative of how they imagine the world working. Many people with so much supposed wisdom and knowledge on topics they perhaps know nothing about, is becoming disheartening. Sadly, people think others are wrong for various reasons but can't interrogate themselves, as painful as that can be, to see and maybe understand they're wrong too, and try to fix their beliefs. Perhaps, this is where you call me out on how I think I'm right and that you should listen to me because clearly I have thought about it more than you or any professionals. No, and I can't say this clearly enough, I can be just as wrong as everyone else because I am human and not even a very good human. I have only just begun educating myself further and honestly, my memory is horrifying.

With all of that in mind, other goals of this endeavor is to build a community of people who want to learn and bounce ideas, thoughts, and concerns off of each other so that we can build a better society and be better people. It is clear to me that I will not be able to continue my growth intellectually if I do not talk about the topics I am learning and find other people willing to do the same. The reason I created this site and the podcast is to spread around better ideas to help drown out the negativity and misinformation happening in the world and online.

Hopefully these things will help everyone find their own happiness and fulfillment in their lives and encourage you to seek your own advancement in understanding and the nuance in the world and everyone in it.
